Linda Rae Paul has a career of over 35 years in the commercial escrow and title industry. She has set up policies and procedures for escrow and title staff and team members. Consistently followed state, federal and company rules and regulations regarding settlement services including Department of Insurance regulations and guidelines in accordance with State law.
She has proven technical title insurance expertise in the review, analysis and summarization of complex title and survey matters. Her professional communication both internally and externally exhibits a high degree of understanding in dealing with confidential information.
Her experience working with leading national law firms along with major banks and institutional investors placed her at the pinnacle of her field. Linda’s background also includes residential real estate sales in Hawaii, escrow management with a well-known developer in Nevada and Northern California, multi-state escrow and title expertise and is currently a licensed real estate sales agent in California.
